Think about what you want to run at the same time. Bulbs, fans and TV: 1–2.5 kVA. Add a fridge or freezer: 3–5 kVA. One or two ACs or a pumping machine: 6–10 kVA. Offices and clinics: 10–20 kVA. Petrol gens are cheaper to buy and good for homes and shops up to about 10 kVA. Diesel gens cost more but use less fuel per hour and last longer — best if the gen runs many hours every day, or you need more than 10 kVA. More in Petrol vs diesel.

A small, quiet generator with clean, stable power — good for laptops, TVs and phones. It usually costs more per kVA than an open-frame gen. See Inverter or conventional?

An ATS (automatic transfer switch) switches your house or office from the grid to the generator by itself when light goes, and back when it returns. It makes sense for key-start or standby generators, especially 10 kVA and above. See What is an ATS?

Large sets (20 kVA and above, and big diesels) are not kept on a shelf. After you order, we confirm stock, the delivery date and the delivery price with you within 2 hours — before you pay.

Every generator has a warranty. The period depends on the brand and model and is shown on each product page — most are 12 months. It covers factory faults: we repair or replace. See Warranty & service.

We send payment details when we confirm your order. Before you pay, we call you to confirm stock and the delivery date. Every order has its own number and tracking page, we start the generator in front of you on delivery, and if it does not match your order you get your money back (see Returns).

Place your order. We call you to confirm it and send the payment details — they also appear on your order page. Transfer from your bank app, use your order number as the reference and tap “I've paid”. We confirm and prepare your delivery.

At checkout choose “Crypto (USDT / USDC)”. The 10% comes off your total straight away. You pay on a secure crypto payment page — if the link is not ready at once, we send it to you within 15 minutes and it also shows on your order page.

Yes. WELCOME5 takes 5% off your first order, then paying with crypto takes another 10% off.

No. You pay by bank transfer or by crypto after we confirm your order. That is why we confirm stock and the date with you first, and why every order has its own tracking page.

For generators up to 20 kVA: Lagos 1–2 working days, Abuja and Port Harcourt 2–4 working days, other states 3–7 working days. Bigger sets come by truck — we agree the date and price with you. See Delivery.

Yes — free pickup in Lagos. Choose “Pickup in Lagos” at checkout. We send the pickup address in Lagos when we confirm your order. We start the generator with you before you take it.

Yes. We unbox with you, add oil and fuel and start the generator so you see it working before you sign the delivery note.

Yes. Our engineers can install your generator and an ATS. The price depends on the job and is agreed with you before any work starts.

Contact us with your order number and, if you can, a short video. If it is a factory fault covered by the warranty, we repair or replace it.

If it is damaged or not the model you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we replace it or refund you. Unused items in unopened packaging can also be returned within 7 days. See Returns.

Change the oil after the first 20 or so running hours, then every 50–100 hours depending on the model — your manual gives the exact interval. See our maintenance guide.
