A generator is a long-term purchase. We stay with you after the sale with warranty repairs, routine service and genuine spare parts.
What the warranty covers
- 12 months from the delivery date on every generator, and on ATS panels we install (unless a longer manufacturer warranty is stated on the product).
- Manufacturing defects in the engine, alternator, AVR, control panel and electric-start system.
- Repair or replacement of the faulty part, or the whole unit if it can't be repaired.
What it does not cover
- Normal wear parts: spark plugs, filters, oil, pull-start cords, fuses.
- Damage from wrong fuel, running without oil, overloading, water, fire or physical impact.
- Faults caused by wiring or installation carried out by third parties.
How to make a claim
- Send your order number, a short description and a video of the problem on WhatsApp.
- Our technician diagnoses remotely and, if needed, books a visit or pick-up.
- We repair or replace — and keep you updated until your power is back.
Service & spare parts
We service petrol and diesel generators — oil changes, filters, carburettor cleaning, AVR and starter repairs — and supply genuine parts for the brands we sell. Regular servicing every 100–200 running hours keeps your generator reliable.
