Returns & refunds
If something isn't right, tell us quickly and we'll make it right.
Damaged or wrong item
Check the unit on delivery. If it is damaged in transit or not the model you ordered, refuse it or tell us within 48 hours with photos — we replace it at our cost.
Changed your mind
Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Return transport is paid by the customer. Generators that have been filled with fuel or oil cannot be returned as unused.
Faults after use
Faults that appear after use are handled under our 12-month warranty — repair or replacement.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back by bank transfer within 7 working days. Crypto payments are refunded in the same stablecoin to the sending wallet, at the amount originally paid.
