How Steady Power collects and uses your personal data, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
What we collect
- Details you give us when ordering or registering: name, phone, email, delivery address.
- Order history and payment status (we never see or store your bank card or bank login).
- For crypto payments: the transaction hash and sending address, to match your payment.
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site working and secure.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order, and to contact you about it (including WhatsApp).
- To provide warranty and after-sales service.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the delivery and installation partners who need it to fulfil your order.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent to marketing, at any time — contact us on WhatsApp or by email. We keep order records as long as the law requires.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's local storage for your cart, wishlist and comparison list, and a secure session cookie when you sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.
