Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it on your order page. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we offer an equivalent or a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Nigerian naira. The final amount — including any promo code, crypto discount and delivery — is calculated by our system and shown on your order page. Payment is by bank transfer to the company account shown on your order page, or in stablecoins (USDT/USDC) through the secure crypto payment page linked from your order.
Crypto payments
Crypto payments are made on the payment page we give you for your order, with a 10% discount. Payments of a different amount, in a different coin or after the payment link has expired may need manual review and can be refunded minus network fees.
Delivery, risk and ownership
Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes when payment is received in full.
Warranty and returns
See our Warranty and Returns pages. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.
Promo codes
WELCOME5 applies once per customer (phone and email) on the first order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
